One Russian Entrepreneur Makes Learning Easy and Efficient with SOLVY

Math can be very tedious for students and teachers alike. But Alexei Beltyukov made it better with SOLVY, an online platform for students and teachers. On SOLVY, students do assigned problems from their teachers, who are able to handpick problems for their students based on their needs and interests.

Teachers also get notified if their students need extra help on a problem. This platform saves teachers time while being able to best serve their class. It was named as one of the most promising startups by Launchingnext.com and also listed in BetaLists’s “100 New Startups Today”.

According to Angel.co, the creator of SOLVY is Alexei Beltyukov, an entrepreneur and philanthropist. Aside from SOLVY, he has also founded New Gas Technologies, Endemic Capital, and A-Ventures. Alexei Beltyukov has a strong focus on helping other companies succeed. Endemic Capital is an angel investing company to help Russian companies. A-Ventures helps struggling companies in need of financial assistance. He also serves on the Board of Directors of FORO Energy as an observer.

Alexei Beltyukov is also known for helping to found the Russian Alumni Scholarship program at INSEAD, his alma mater. He graduated from INSEAD with a masters in Business and Administration in 1997. Before taking an interest in business, however, Alexei had a career in medicine.

He also works with the government in Russia to better provide economic support and guidance. He is also the vice president of the Skolkovo Foundation, which provides grants for Russian technology start-ups and entrepreneurs looking to expand in Russia.
